John Kardol

John Kardol John Kardol John Kardol

Welcome

I am a disciple of Jesus who walks, leads, and prays with all—no exclusions. Rooted in tradition and led by the Holy Spirit.  We are here to love our Creator and our neighbors. Together, we move beyond rigid rules and into the grace that gives life to everyone, especially those on the margins.

My journey has taken me through high cathedrals, silent meditation halls, and the deep study of diverse spiritual philosophies. For years, I looked for the 'right' way to believe, navigating the complexities of the Catholic tradition I was raised in and the expansive teachings of the Science of Mind, and I eventually realized they were both pointing toward the same universal truth.

After a lifetime of searching, the noise fell away. I returned to my roots, not because any institution is perfect, but because I found the two truths that transcend every human rule: we are here to love the One who created us, and we are here to love one another. My work is now dedicated to this radical intersection—especially for those on the margins, the forgotten, and the ignored.

In Matthew 22:37–40, Jesus is asked which is the greatest commandment in the Law. His response is the "Great Commandment" that summarizes everything you are trying to build:

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

I Believe

1. One Source, Many Paths

I believe we are all created by the same Divine Pulse—a God who fashioned us exactly as we are. While the "maps" of our traditions may differ, they all lead to the same heart. We live, move, and have our being within a Creator who is closer than our own breath, proving that our destination has always been the same

I believe we are all created by the same Divine Pulse—a God who fashioned us exactly as we are. While the "maps" of our traditions may differ, they all lead to the same heart. We live, move, and have our being within a Creator who is closer than our own breath, proving that our destination has always been the same: a return to the One.

2. Connection Over Complexity

I believe prayer isn’t a way to change God’s mind, but a way to open ours. By blending the mystical traditions of the Church with the practice of affirmative realization, I live a faith that gives life rather than restricting it. I have traded rigid, legalistic "rules" for the beautiful mystery of the Eucharist and the infinite laws of the Spirit—choosing a relationship rooted in wholeness, healing, and peace.

3. The Radical Practice of Love

I believe our primary purpose on Earth is to love our Creator and love our neighbor. This is not a passive feeling; it is a commitment to see the face of God in everyone. If our spirituality doesn't lead us to embrace those the world wants to ignore—the forgotten and the marginalized—we have missed the point of our existence. Love is only real when it is in motion.

I believe community is where our love for the Creator becomes visible. Following Jesus as our Teacher and Guide, we recognize that while no human institution is perfect, they are the sacred spaces where we practice His Way. We gather not to serve the institution itself, but to honor the Divine presence in one another and to live out the radical love He commanded.

  • Honoring the Heart: I support our spiritual communities as vital refuges for the seeking soul. By following the example of Jesus, who met people exactly where they were, we ensure these spaces remain open doors for all who seek rest and renewal.

  • The Flow of Generosity: Sharing our time, talent, and resources is how we stay connected to our Source. Jesus taught that we find our lives by giving them away; in community, we find the daily ground to practice that destiny and keep His love in constant motion.

  • Reaching the Margins: Jesus consistently moved toward those the world moved away from. Following His lead, we join hands to serve the forgotten and the ignored, ensuring that His life-giving grace reaches every corner of our world.
